Ordering & Provisioning are important functions in the Total Telecom Service Lifecycle Management (TTSLM) supply chain. It allows for the automation and centralized management of the procurement processes for all Fixed Voice, Mobile Voice and Data and Data Communications devices and services. Organizations gain greater visibility and control over the entire process of managing service order, including procurement, design, and installation which is essential to avoid unnecessary costs and plan effectively for required telecom services.

TEMCare ordering and provisioning services streamlines the enterprise-wide requesting and ordering of services and equipment, enabling to create and manage orders for all standard telecom activities, including new orders, changes, moves, and disconnects (MACD).

A vital element in establishing a closed loop, “procure-to-pay” TEM process across the enterprise, ordering & provisioning enables better strategic and tactical management of essential provisioning components:

Request Management

Enables centrally managed enterprise-wide requests for telecom services, including cost estimation and engineering of the services requested. Service orders are created within the request process and electronically submitted to the selected vendor as an email attachment or via direct interface with the vendor’s backend systems (e-bonding).

Order Management 

  • Create and track telecom orders from initial request through approval and telecom provisioning
