TEMCare: Telecom Expense Management Care

TEMCare is Convergence’s Managed Service offering for Telecom Expense Management Business Process Outsourcing.
Convergence’s TEMCare family of business process outsourcing (BPO) services provides organizations with the visibility and control needed to effectively and efficiently manage fixed voice, mobile voice and data, and data and converged communications throughout their local, national, international or global organization.
TEMCare is built upon Rivermine’s and Convergence Proprietary Technology and delivered through the TEMPOR Portal for MidMarket and Corporate size organizations and through the TEMPOR Enterprise Portal for Large and Global organizations.
TEMCare is comprised of three pre-packaged service packages - Base, Advanced, and Premium and is customizable to the individual needs of each organization.
These packages deliver increasing amounts of BPO functionality and provide in the technology and the outsourced services to help organizations to manage their fixed voice, mobile voice and data and data and converged communications, from invoice capture and processing to complete outsourcing of all telecom lifecycle management activities.
TEMCare Base
TEMCare base comes close to a software-as-a-service offering, but provides comfort in knowing that someone is taking care of the invoice loading, processing and monitoring. TEMCare Base allows organizations to access the TEMPOR or TEMPOR Enterprise portal gateways to the powerful Rivermine and Convergence proprietary TEM automated software solutions but have the resources and knowledge in-house to manage their telecom expense management processes internally.
TEMCare Advanced
Including the TEMCare Base services, TEMCare Advanced provides in an advanced service outsourcing capability and provides in outsourced management of such TEM processes as invoice and inventory management, assurance validation, reporting and business intelligence. This level of business process outsourcing provides in all the advanced processes to manage the telecom environment effectively and proactively while operational day to day tasks remain internally.
TEMCare Premium
TEMCare Premium includes all of the TEMCare Base and Advanced services and is the most complete outsourced solution for the management of an organization’s telecom environment throughout the entire lifecycle, providing Total Telecom Service Lifecycle Management (TTSLM).
TEMCare service packages provide in well defined, SLA backed service programs, are customizable to an organization’s specific needs and can be complemented with Convergence’s TEMSolutions Professional Services to address specific additional TEM requirements.
